Religions and the Muslim Philosophy!
By: H.A. Yahya, Professor of Sociology
It in no way came to my mind to stand against the simple beliefs of the religions of God. The diverse and changing testimonies of the followers of these religions make me defend philosophy in the face of practiced religions of the world. It is my position, that if a certain religion promotes hatred of other religions or beliefs, is not a religion. And therefore, it really should be attacked on the basis of justice. If the laws of each religion justify hatred of other religions, then it really should be understood, that my actions are also, justified.
Philosophically speaking, mind is the simple ingredient of human differentiate him from animal, and therefore, human need to use their minds to promote happiness in life Not in the unseen life. Reality described by philosophers through the separation of Spirit and Body. Whilst spirit can’t be defeated or demolished totally, as we know, the body is limited by age. Age is restricted by years, but soul is not limited by years.
It seems inevitable that our approach to coaching will be based upon our own views of the nature of folks at work. Right after all, considering that human nature can’t be confirmed, we can only form an opinion based on our own experience. This was recognised by Douglas McGregor in his nicely known Theory X and Thoery Y model.
Theory X
Men and women are lazy and dislike work Individuals must be coerced or threatened with punishment Folks steer clear of responsibility People are motivated mainly by cash
Ethical dilemmas are much more frequent in wellness care, primarily since of the remarkable advances in medicine and technologies. Well being practitioners are now able to diagnose and treat illnesses that had been lethal a decade ago. The growing understanding of human genetics has also developed new and special dilemmas. Concerns about patient selection, quality of life, and access to well being care are also becoming more frequent and complicated. As a result, well being care experts face an increasing number of problems for ethical decision-generating.
Some investigation suggests that nurses do not usually have a clear understanding of their role in ethical concerns. They may possibly not know how ethical decisions are made and may feel powerless when faced with ethical dilemmas (Zink, & Titus 1996). Decision makers of healthcare practices locate themselves in ethical dilemmas when they need to decide on between courses of action that are based on diverse moral frameworks, varying organizational philosophies, or conflicting duties or moral principles (Darr, 1997). Though in some cases reasonable people can be strongly committed to diverse courses of action, in most ethical dilemmas the several players can reach consensus despite cultural or religious differences (Darr, 1997). Decisions of this nature are most times painful and much contemplation is required. Differing ethical theories do not necessarily conflict, and people following diverse philosophies may well reach the same conclusions via different reasoning (Darr, 1997). Individuals have opinions and these opinions are what give men and women a way to express themselves. If men and women did not have differences of opinions about particular scenario, there would be no ethical dilemma (Ecker, 1996). Much more and much more folks have recognized the importance of bioethics in health care settings. Ethics committees are an essential resource for patients and providers in all healthcare settings, such as residence well being, lengthy-term care, psychiatric facilities, clinics, and hospitals (Beauchamp & Childress, 1994). Ethics committees focus on education, policy development, and clinical consultation on ethical problems. They review decisions and develop policies and procedures about crucial issues such as informed consent and limitation of treatment.
